In these times requiring strong National Security, I am puzzled by your recent vote against HR4437, the Border Border Protection, Anti-terrorism and Illegal Immigration Act of 2005. The idea of completing the fence on our southern border is a good one. Unlike a war, it doesn't kill anyone. The concept has been proven effective in curtaining illegal border crossings. As Robert Frost wrote,
